Why is Belfast burning? Zašto gori Belfast?

The Good Friday Agreement (GFA) signed on 10 April 1998 ended most of the violence of the Troubles, a political conflict in Northern Ireland that had ensued since the late 1960s. Northern Ireland's present devolved system of government is based on the agreement. The agreement also created a number of institutions between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and between the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom.

The GFA arrangements are being challenged by an increase in violence in Northern Ireland which is a significant concern for the UK, the Republic of Ireland, and Europe as a whole. How can they be resolved? How can we return to stability? What are the possible outcomes? These are some of the most pressing questions that are being debated and that will be addressed by this webinar.
